DJ/DISCO (4 hours)

Of all the party services SOS Entertainment offers, being a wedding DJ is at the heart of Sean’s work. In fact, he’s so successful at it he is a Wedding DJ Regional Finalist in The Wedding Industry Awards for both 2021, 2022 & 2023 After all, Our DJ loves music and he’s passionate about providing the ultimate in wedding party to keep happy couples and guests entertained throughout the celebration. The standard DJ services as shown on the Wedding DJ page is available as part of this wedding package.

This includes:

• Collaborating to plan playlists in advance.
• Request cards to include with your invitations.
• Digital in-event party request and dedication services.
• Organising that special first dance and specific dances, such as bride and father; groom and mother etc.
• Collaborating and planning direct with your venue for set-up and take-down, to save you the hassle of being the go-between.

White Inflatable Photobooth  (2 hours)

Ideal for large or small venues, our white inflatable photobooth is an entertaining and useful accessory for your wedding party. 

• Includes photo album for the couple to keep
• unlimited use in the duration of the hire
• Also included is a great range of props for your guests to wear.

POST BOX OR WISHING WELL (4 hours)

LED DANCE FLOOR - 10FT X 10FT - (4 hours)

Our SILVER wedding package brings you a 10ft x 10ft dance floor – ideal for most venues and perfect in our inflatable marquee. Dancing the night away is a big part of a successful wedding party, and our top end LED dance floor gives you the chance to dance in style. It also looks amazing all lit up ready for your evening reception and creates a beautiful backdrop for a couple to take to the floor for that all-important first dance.

4FT LOVE LETTERS

And the theme of the day is …. LOVE. Our 4ft light-up LOVE letters are one of our most popular wedding items for hire and they’re included here to make this GOLD package stand out.

The letters measure approximately 4ft high,  2.5 feet in length.

The word LOVE creates a decorative display approximately 10 feet long – ideal as a photo point with your guests, and for hiding any less-than-attractive corner of the venue.

Also superb behind your main table, or in front of a stage once the party gets started.

PROSECCO/ CHAMPAGNE WALL

For greeting your guests at the reception, or providing a free-flow of fizz for those you love, our freestanding 6ft White Prosecco/Champagne wall can help.  This wall holds 48 flutes full of fizz, but that’s just a suggestion – the choice is yours so if you want to add flutes of fruit cocktail, bonbons or cocktails, it’s all up to you.

This item hire is for the wall only, we don’t supply glasses or fizz. This way hiring our wall won’t compromise you if your venue doesn’t permit any outside catering. Just ask your venue about supplying the glasses and drink you need.

Our Couples Cubes are a great item which add extra fun and a bit of a WOW factor  to your wedding. The cubes can be supplied in variations which suit you as a couple and can be stacked on top of each other or side by side. Let us know the theme of your wedding colours and we’ll fill the cubes with balloons to match. Alternatively, if you’re having bespoke balloons, let us know and we’ll supply these empty so you can add your own.

VENUE UP LIGHTS X 10

Our contemporary uplights are discrete when unlit and are fully customisable to fit in perfectly with any colour scheme. Using LED technology, the uplight create a fantastic atmosphere, with the benefits of:

• Superb, vivid colours
• The possibility of setting each light to any colour
• Very low power consumption
• Suitable for any venue
• Almost zero heat – perfect for temporary venues such as textile or inflatable marquees

PYROTECHNICS X 2

Our DJ set up can be upgraded for this package, to include the Sparkular spark fountain machine. This allows us to create stunning displays to entertain your guests. The Sparkular fountain is one of the latest wedding party accessories which offers:

• Fantastic effects in a non-hazardous way – there’s no smoke or an odour when in operation.
• Flexibility in the duration and height of the Sparkular fountain can be varied , depending on what your plans are.
• We are happy to ‘choreograph’ the fountain to your requirements, to make a feature of part of your wedding party. For instance, what a fantastic extra for that first dance moment.

LOW LAYING FOG – FOR FIRST DANCE

Talking about that first dance, an upgrade to the PLATINUM package brings you the chance to dance on a magical cloud of fog. Alongside the LOVE lights, LED dance floor and pyrotechnics, this all makes for stunning first dance photographs. If you’re planning a special performance for your guests, this will add to that wow factor. And if you’re not the best dancers in the world and just want that first smooch as a married couple? The addition of the fog will do the work of impressing your guests for you.

DOUGHNUT WALL

The first of the sweet treat extras of this package – our doughnut wall. With capacity for up to 98 doughnuts at a time, our wall can be supplied with or without doughnuts, depending on the catered aspects of your venue hire.

CUPCAKE STAND

Our cupcake stand holds up to 15 large cupcakes and can make a feature of your dessert options. This arrangement can look stunning when the cupcakes are made to match your wedding cake, so don’t forget to ask your cake-maker about this option. And if you love this package but aren’t planning on cupcakes? This stand works just as well for offering wedding favours or other sweet treats to your guests.

SWEET STAND

This additional sweet stand is perfect for those Ferrero Rocher favourites. But if you think the sweetcart is already enough, how about using this stand for wedding favours or celebratory shots for adults.
