WHITE WEDDING POST BOX HIRE
We want your Wedding Post Box hire to go smoothly, so here’s what you need to know:
- Hire Duration: Standard hire slot by arrangement for your day.
- Delivery & Collection: We’ll arrange delivery/collection with you in advance.
- Security: The post box comes with a lockable door and key. It’s the hirer’s responsibility to keep the key safe until collection.
- Usage: Please use the post box only for cards, standard voucher envelopes and light gifts. It’s not designed to hold heavy or bulky items.
- Placement: Set the post box on a secure, flat surface indoors to avoid damage. Outdoor use is not permitted unless under full shelter, ie: fully within marquee.
- Damage/Loss: Any loss or significant damage may result in a repair or replacement fee. We always recommend someone from your party oversees safe and sensible use of our white wedding post box during the event.
- Return Condition: Please ensure the box is empty and ready for collection at the agreed time.

Pricing & Booking:
- Hire pricing starts at £100, but varies based on location & duration – contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
- If you hire our post box as a single item only, there will be an additional charge to cover delivery and collection. We will keep this cost as low as possible but it will vary depending on the location of your venue. This extra cost will be agreed with you at the time of booking, so there are no ‘hidden’ extras to worry about.
- If we’re providing DJ / Photo Booth /venue decor services, you won’t have to worry as we’ll be with you anyway, so there will be no delivery charge.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and agreed pricing.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the equipment. Any damage incurred may result in additional charges.
