WEDDING POST BOX HIRE
We’re all about keeping things simple and delivering a stress-free day, so here’s what to expect when hiring our red wedding post box:
- Hire Period: Standard hire covers your event day.
- Set up: Delivery and pick-up times will be arranged in advance to suit your schedule. And don’t worry, if we’re providing you with a decor and entertainment package, we’ll be on hand to help throughout your celebration.
- Security Features: This metal post box includes a lock and key for added security. Please keep the key safe during your event and return it on collection.
- Safe Use: Our wedding post box is designed for cards, voucher envelopes and small notes. Please avoid placing heavy or oversized items inside. Placing the wedding post box as part of your gift table will encourage your guests to put bigger gifts alongside rather than trying to fit them inside!
- Where to Put It: Always place the box on a steady, indoor surface. If your wedding party is outdoors, this wedding post box should be fully sheltered and protected from the elements, for example right inside your marquee.
- Damage or Loss: Any major damage or loss will incur a charge to cover repair or replacement. We recommend keeping the post box in a staffed or visible area. You could also ask a reliable friend or family member to be responsible for the post box whilst you enjoy your celebration.
- Return Requirements: The box should be emptied and ready for collection at the agreed time.

Pricing & Booking:
- Hire pricing starts at £100, but varies based on location & duration – contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
- If you hire our post box as a single item only, there will be an additional charge to cover delivery and collection. We will keep this cost as low as possible but it will vary depending on the location of your venue. This extra cost will be agreed with you at the time of booking, so there are no ‘hidden’ extras to worry about.
- If we’re providing DJ / Photo Booth /venue decor services, you won’t have to worry as we’ll be with you anyway, so there will be no delivery charge.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and agreed pricing.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the equipment. Any damage incurred may result in additional charges.
