This covers a standard wedding party slot. Hire price is ‘starting from’ because all celebrations are different, so price may increase depending on location and duration of hire. We’re happy to extend it as needed – just talk to us about what you need. Extra costs may also be need if this wishing well is the only item in the booking, see below for information on this.

WEDDING WISHING WELL HIRE

We want your wedding wishing well hire to be smooth and hassle-free. Here’s what to expect:

Hire Duration: The wishing well is typically hired for up to 5 hours. Delivery and collection will be scheduled to fit around your venue timings. This is easily taken care of if we’re providing you with a decor and entertainment package, as we’ll be organising set up with your venue and on hand throughout your celebration.
Usage Guidelines: Designed for cards, envelopes, and small paper notes. Please avoid placing anything bulky, heavy, or fragile inside.
Security & Supervision: The wishing well features a secure lid, but we recommend placing it somewhere visible and monitored during your celebration.
Location Requirements: Indoor use only, please. If you’re having an outdoor wedding, the wishing well should be kept fully sheltered (ie: inside the marquee).
Set up: Our wedding wishing well should be set on a level, stable surface.
Care of Item: If the wishing well is damaged, lost, or returned in poor condition, a repair or replacement charge may apply.
Collection Readiness: Please ensure the wishing well is empty and ready to collect at the arranged time.

Pricing & Booking:

Hire pricing starts at £70, but varies based on location & duration – contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
If you hire our wishing well as a single item only, there will be an additional charge to cover delivery and collection. We will keep this cost as low as possible but it will vary depending on the location of your venue. This extra cost will be agreed with you at the time of booking, so there are no ‘hidden’ extras to worry about.
If we’re providing DJ / Photo Booth /venue decor services, you won’t have to worry as we’ll be with you anyway, so there will be no delivery charge.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the equipment. Any damage incurred may result in additional charges.
