We’re excited to offer our bespoke light up letters hire featuring your married name.
Here’s everything you need to know before booking:
- Inclusive couples options: offer the title to suit every couple, so that’s Mr & Mr, Mrs & Mrs, Mr & Mrs and Mx too, if required.
- Customisable colours: customisable colours to match your preference or theme.
- Bespoke order requires a non-refundable deposit: A deposit is required to secure your chosen date and agreed pricing. This ensures your lights are reserved just for you.
- Hire duration: Our standard hire period covers your party and allows us to set up in plenty of time to fit your wedding day schedule. If additional time is required, please let us know in advance to discuss arrangements.
- Setup and collection: We handle everything! Our team will set up the lights at your venue and collect them afterwards, ensuring a stress-free experience. If you’ve also booked us for DJ or photo booth services, we’ll also be on hand throughout your celebration.
- Venue suitability: Because these letters spell out a whole surname, plenty of space will be required. Please confirm with your venue that space and power access are available for the lights. We’re happy to discuss specific requirements with your venue team or wedding planner, just give us a call to arrange it all on 07956 101 596.
- Safety standards: All our equipment is fully and regularly PAT tested, our setup adheres to safety regulations and we are fully insured.
- Booking flexibility: if you later decide to add these lights into a package, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability.

What’s Included:
- General hire slot for your party, to be agreed by arrangement, with set up and collection to fit in with your celebration schedule.
- Fabulous RGB lighting options to create colours and patterns to fit most themes and preferences.
Setup & Requirements:
- Floor standing item, approx 4ft high and 3 ft wide per letter. The overall span is likely to be significant in order to spell out your name, plus spacing, so please talk to us (and your venue) about space and power before booking!
- These are working lights, not a play item. Please do not sit on the lights for photographs, or allow children to climb on them.
Set up and collection time will be pre-scheduled with you when you book. - To be used only in the venue please, not taken elsewhere.
Pricing & Booking:
- Hire pricing will vary because every name is different (with some longer than others), but starts at £250 for a basic party slot hire.
- Additionally, hire price also varies because every venue is different in respect of location and accessibility and every hire depends on agreed duration of any extended hire preferences ~ contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
- Best prices when you hire more than one item per booking, so please ask about a great deal for including our couples lights in your wedding entertainment or wedding venue decor package.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and agreed pricing.
- The hirer is responsible for ensuring appropriate use of the equipment. Any damage incurred may result in additional charges.
