WEDDING CHILL OUT AREA
Our wedding chill out area hire is available with our 5m inflatable dome or we can set up the chill out area within a room or space in your venue, depending on the arrangements you have with them.
Hire pricing:
- Hire starts from £250 (without 5m dome – we will set up in an alternative space as pre-arranged with your venue).
- Hire starts from £400 (including 5m dome)
- Prices listed as ‘starts from’ based on location, venue access and duration of any extended hire preferences ~ contact us for a free, no-obligation quote.
Included in our chill out zone hire:
- 5m inflatable dome (optional).
- A selection of cosy sofa and bean bag seating.
- Throws, cushions and rugs, to add a cosy feel.
- A cosy-effect space heater for use in chilly weather.
- A TV screen / monitor can also be included if you wish to screen wedding images. See our CINEMA DOME HIRE if you wish to have extra streaming capability.
- Bluetooth speaker, for streaming chill-out music.
- ‘Disco ball’ central light, plus fairy lights and battery operated ‘candle’ lights. Additional lighting options available as an upgrade to the basic hire.
Ideas & extras:
We also offer venue decor and balloon display services, so please talk to us if you’d like some extras added to your wedding chill out area hire.
It’s also possible to add your own personal touches for your wedding guests ~ feel free to talk to us for ideas.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please note the following terms and safety guidelines for dome hire:
- For wedding hire, the dome is for temporary event use only and must not be used for overnight accommodation. However, we allow for overnight hire just in case next-day pick up works best for your venue.
- We will require access to a suitable power source and setup time prior to guest arrival.
- Any specific venue requirements (e.g. access times) should be discussed at the time of booking.
- No naked flames, candles, heaters, or BBQs are allowed inside or within 2 meters of the dome.
- All electrical equipment provided by us is PAT tested; no external electrical equipment may be used inside the dome without prior approval.
- The dome must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in use, especially when children are present.
- Any damage or loss of equipment caused by misuse or negligence will be chargeable.
- The dome must be cleared of all guests and belongings by the agreed collection time.
- A clear, level space of at least 6m x 6m is required for installation of the 5m dome. Additional space may be necessary for safe access for our team to set up / take down and for guests using the dome.
- Access for installation must be clear and unobstructed prior to setup.
A word about the weather!
This is the UK after all! For our wedding chill out area with the dome, the hirer is responsible for ensuring the dome is not used in extreme weather (including high winds exceeding safe limits or heavy snow). Before booking our dome hire, we highly recommend speaking to your venue to confirm a suitable contingency space to use if the weather turns nasty. We’re happy to arrange a free site visit to help assess the space and ensure everything will fit safely and correctly, so that the hired accessories can still be provided and used indoors where possible.
We always check on weather conditions on the hire date and in the event that the dome cannot be safely installed or used due to extreme weather, we reserve the right to cancel the dome structure hire for safety reasons.
By booking, you agree to adhere to these safety guidelines and terms of hire to ensure the safety of all guests and the longevity of our equipment.

Coverage:
We operate across Kent, Sussex, Essex, London, Surrey and nearby counties. However, we’re happy to travel further to deliver larger wedding packages and multi-day wedding entertainment services. Just tell us what you need and where the venue is for a tailored quote, bearing in mind additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and access to the venue.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and agreed pricing. Any questions – please ask!
