WEDDING ENTERTAINMENT GIFT VOUCHERS
All wedding entertainment gift vouchers are sent out by First Class, UK-wide signed for postage, on the next working day after payment is received.
When you buy our gift vouchers, we will need names and addresses of the buyer AND the person (s) the gift is for:
- This information is required in relation to the vouchers only.
- We will not use this information for marketing purposes.
- We may make contact to ensure that vouchers have arrived safely, with the right person.
- Having the contact info for buyer and recipient also helps us to ensure that when the vouchers are used, they’re being redeemed by the correct person, as designated when the purchase was made.
How can these vouchers be spent?
Our wedding entertainment gift vouchers must be used within 12 months. Vouchers can be redeemed against any of our party packages, services and equipment hire.
- If the cost of the service or package is less than the value of the voucher, that’s no problem. We can offer products and services for the remainder of the value (often at a discount to help you out)! We can also offer credit of the remaining value. This can be carried forwards for further bookings (within the 12 months date of the voucher). If the voucher value exceeds the purchase, eg: using a £100 voucher for a service costing £75, there is no cash refund of the balance.
- If the cost of your package is more than your voucher’s value, the remaining balance can be paid another way. For example, you could pay the balance by cash, bank transfer or payment by credit or debit card. However, this payment should be made AT THE TIME OF BOOKING and as the voucher is being redeemed.
- Our wedding entertainment gift vouchers may be used as credit against any part of your party booking. From deposits, to part payment, full payment and any balance payments, the choice is yours.
- Vouchers are not transferable (except for the person buying the voucher to the couple they are gifting it to, of course).
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
- Bookings are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
